How do I sign up?

Open the app at athletiq.coach/app and choose "Sign up". Pick whether you're an athlete or a coach when you register; you can change this later in your profile settings.

I'm a coach — how do I invite a client?

From the Clients page in the app, tap "Add client" and enter their email. They will get an invitation. Once they accept, you can build training plans, schedule sessions, and message them from one place.

I'm a client — how do I accept a coaching invite?

If your coach has already added you, sign in or sign up using the email address they invited. The invitation will be waiting for you in the app's inbox. Tap "Accept" to start the coaching relationship.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing support@athletiq.coach from the address registered to the account. We delete account data within 30 days of confirmation, and remove it from backups within 90 days.

How do I export my data?

Email support@athletiq.coach requesting a data export. We will send you a machine-readable file containing your workout history, wellness entries, body metrics, and personal records, normally within 14 days.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Send a description of the issue or idea to support@athletiq.coach. Screenshots and steps to reproduce a bug are very welcome.
